Venetian Infinity Apartment
Venetian Infinity Apartment is located in the heart of Venice, less than a minute (seriously!) from beautiful Piazza San Marco, and just 5 minutes from Rialto bridge. It's a great location, being just 2 minutes from the water taxi stop Vallaresso-San Marco where you can get boats to go around the whole island.

From the vaporetto stop to the apartment there's not even one bridge to cross, making it an easy walk for guests with suitcases to carry, or those traveling with kids! There is an entrance door to the small courtyard that can be locked at night.

The owners called the apartment Venetian Infinity in an homage to the infinite beauties of Venice.

The apartment is on the first floor (10 steps up) of a typical Venetian building, in a neighborhood that's quiet even at night, and it's been completely renovated and newly furnished. Very large, with one common entrance area and with two bedrooms, each in two separate areas (from the entrance area, one is to the right, one to the left), and a bathroom for each bedroom, it's perfect for larger groups wanting to have slightly separate areas. The kitchen is in a part of the apartment that is well-isolated from the bedrooms, which can be convenient for people traveling together but not necessarily sharing the same routine.

One of the bedrooms holds a surprise: the bathroom is built INSIDE a large closet (so funny! but totally functional ) and it has a little quiet terrace out back.

On the same street as the apartment, you can find all kinds of shops, from basic food shops for buying bread, milk, fruit, etc to high-end clothing shops, as well as shops with typical Venetian objects. The owner of the apartment, a native Venetian, is happy to help with any problems or questions, and goes out of her way to make sure guests have an unforgettable stay in Venice.

Please note: Venetian Infinity does not accept arrivals before 14:00 and it is not possible to arrive earlier in the day to store luggage.

Great location. Very handy to San Marco square
The lock situation to enter the apartment needs to be changed. You need to carefully turn the lock 3 1/2 times and then push door to open. It was always stressful!
Great location I was surprised we were charged an additional 60 euros for having one more person. The bedding situation was no different- a queen bed and 2 twin beds. I had notified Sabrina and Marco earlier and this was not mentioned.

This was the fourth stay in this apartment which is in a great location, spotlessly clean, large and well equipped. The owners have enhanced the apartment between each of our stays, most recently adding new bedding, fast wi fi and a safe.
It would be helpful if an iron and ironing board were provided
The website is efficient, responds quickly and provides accurate information about its listed venues.

We loved the old- world charm of the apartment coupled with the modern bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was very well appointed. The apartment was as clean as a whistle. The location was superb, one minute from St. Mark's square and the vaporetto line. Marco was helpfulness itself. everything went smoothly. The apartment was huge. It could easily accommodate a family of 4-6 or two couples.
A wireless connection would be nice.
Everything went smoothly.

The location is right at the shopping street and very convenient. The staff was helpful and met me at the pier and helped me to move my suitcases up the stairs.
Very helpful. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

This was a wonderful apartment - very comfortable and spacious and well-equipped. It was close to St. Mark's square and offered a great quiet retreat from the crowds. Would love to have spent longer than 3 nights

The apartment is fantastic. Great location and amazing value especially for ultra-expensive Venice. Highly recommended.
Maria on Jun 2013:

Location was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, has all the amenities (except for washer/dryer) one could need including some condiments and kitchen towels. Safe and quiet location, yet near everything you need. We felt like we were living in Venice rather than visiting. The host was nice at first, but there was some confusion as to the final payment resulting in unplanned calls, and added stress. She called to say she thought we still owed her more $$ and was very pushy and would not let me get a word in. I had to be very firm and state that there was no $$ due and that I was going to call Cross pollinate to rectify the situation. I had to almost hang up on her as she was not letting me get a word in. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth and stressed me out right of the bat. She later texted (although I had told her I could not access text) to apologize and say everything was ok and there was no $$ owed. Aside from this communication mishap, the place is great.
Add a washer and dryer, or at least a washer. Host can be rude, perhaps a language barrier, but she seemed pushy on the phone when she thought we still owed her money. She had wanted to stop by the next morning to collect. It was very frustrating.
Cross pollinate was quick to reply to our questions. The listing is accurate and high quality.
Louise on May 2013:

It ticked all the boxes and we would definitely stay here again!
Very straight-forward and efficient. Thank you!
Thomas on Apr 2013:

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with just about all the amenities we needed. Fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to St. Mark's. We ate breakfast in the apartment so it was nice that there was a supermarket only about a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was quiet and very private. We would stay here again when we return to Venice.
It would be great if they installed WIFI. For a longer stay (we were there three nights) a clothes washer would be awesome. I think the apartment is big enough that one could be fitted in.
Great site, I like it better than VRBO. Easier to make reservations, only a 10% deposit is required, which you can use a credit card for. The information they provide is accurate and the owners we met were all nice, friendly and helpful.

Alan on Oct 2011:

Great location - spacious & well equipped - spotlessly clean. Marco & his mother were helpful & very friendly. Have recommended this apartment to a number of friends, who have subsequently stayed there & were also delighted with it. We have booked again this year (for the third time) & would anticipate many more bookings to come!
A washing machine & ironing board would be greatly appreciated.
Have used Cross-Pollinate for our last 2 trips to Europe, and have also booked another 3 B&Bs/Apartments thru them for our upcoming 2013 trip. We have always found them helpful & reliable, & also found their recommendations to be 'spot-on'. The web site is excellent, also.
James on Apr 2011:

The location is amazing - no need to cross a single bridge with luggage on the way in or out. It's also close to St Marks square. The apartment is spaceous, and had everything we needed during our stay.
I can't think of any suggestions for improvement.
Our experience with C-P went very well. I had faith in it from the start, because the people who originated it were recommended in Rick Steve's book
ROGER on Oct 2011:

The location was outstanding and convenient to everything in Venice. We felt very secure in this apartment. we also felt like we were living in the heart of Venice.
The bathrooms were a little snug. It wasn't built for a man 6'4"
We felt we were served very well by cross Pollinate
Sophia on Apr 2011:
