Casa delle Rose Apartment is owned by the same people who own the B&B of the same name, which is located right next door. The owners also live next door, so they are available to do check-ins at any time and on hand in case you have any problems or questions.

They recently started renting this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. The highlight is the private garden and deck, since it's on the ground floor, where guests can sit outside to have meals, relax, and enjoy the shade of the peach and apple trees. The apartment itself is comfortable and welcoming, with 2 bedrooms that each have a queen-sized bed, and a third queen-sized sofabed in the living room, so it's perfect for a family or couples who are good friends. The newly remodelled bathroom is also a highlight: it has a large jacuzzi bathtub, as well as an extra-wide shower. There's also a fully stocked kitchen, so guests wishing to save money can cook in. Other amenities include washing machine, WiFi, cable TV, and a parking spot on request (this has an extra fee of 10 euros per night).

It's located in the center of Lido island, a 15-minute boat ride from the Venice mainland. Lido is an interesting area to stay in, as it's off the tourist path but still close enough to get easily to the center of Venice at almost any time of day. It's a residential area, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee bars, and more in the neighborhood. It's a perfect spot if you want to enjoy Venice by day, then get back to Lido in 15 minutes and take a refreshing swim in the sea and relax on the sandy beach.
