Casa Boschi B & B was opened in 2001 by mother and daughter Irene and Maria Chiara in the heart of the neighborhood Prati della Vittoria, north of the Vatican (about 10 minutes by foot to St Peter's Basilica). Located on the first floor of a historic building (with elevator), the B & B has three bright and spacious rooms, one with private non-ensuite bath, and the other two with private ensuite bath. Each room has a queen-sized bed (that can also be split into 2 singles) and two rooms also have an extra fold-out sofabed. Two of the rooms are specifically non-smoking. The B & B also has a kitchen where breakfast is served, and guests are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, and guests are encouraged to spend time in the common rooms as if they were at home. The B & B also offers TV in the rooms, use of phone for incoming calls and to make free calls within Rome, WiFi connection, and use of a washing machine.
