| The bathroom was mouldy. The rest of the appartment was cleaned well. An iron but no ironing board was provided. The photos on the website definitely are deceiving regarding the lighting. There really is very little natural light and that made us glad that our stay there was on only short. Be mindful that it is a 15th century building. The ceilings are low. |

| Location, location, location. This is a great launching pad for pounding the streets on a long w/e - Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish steps, Navona, Del Fiori, Colosseum, Popolo - all within easy walking distance. Owner was lovely and really helpful. In addition, the beehive guide is simply the best, every restaurant/gelato we picked was fantastic! Air-conditioning was a god-send on what was a really hot weekend. |

| Location was awesome, walking distance from everything. Perfect size for 2 people, and easy to find. Great kitchenette area. Everything was clean and comfortable. |

| Location. Location. Location. This place is SO convenient. We walked to Vatican City, Colossum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and shopped (my word) "Fifth Avenue." We were there 4 nights and used the kitchenette (made dinner in one night), washer and drying rack, etc. There were 4 of us so the sofa bed was used. It's a sofa bed:) The location was unparalleled. I would stay here again. |
| Bathroom is extremely moldy. We tried to dry it our, but no luck. We asked for more toilet paper, as 4 people for 4 days use more than 2 small rolls of toilet paper. We were provided one more and ran out of TP. We snagged some as we could. We had an Italian speaking member so figured out the washing machine; however, directions or signage would be very USEFUL. Location was superior. |

| Good location! Blocks to Pantheon. We quickly walked to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum and Roman Forum. Easy to get to via bus from Termini station. Has a small kitchenette which was very handy. Internet was a big plus! Close to some nice cafes. Warm water with good water pressure. Couch is a fold out bed if anyone needed it. Guilia speaks English and was very friendly. Her friend, Julio, whom she sent to meet us was a nice man as well. He spoke little English which was a bummer. I'm grateful foreigners learn English or we would have struggled a lot more communicating with people since we don't speak Italian. |
| Only 1 natural window so not a lot of natural light. Photos seemed a light brighter than we experienced. Very loud alley and neighbors. When anyone used the stairs or left the building we heard every move. Doors are heavy so they slam. People dumping glass bottles into dumpster at 5am. Vespas. So loud. I also feel it needed to be cleaned more. There was a ring of mold and mildew in the shower. Walking around barefoot made my feet black. Lots of dirty hand prints on the walls. The toilet water constantly ran and it was growing algae. Iron provided didn't seem to work. No ironing board. I struggled keeping the wifi signal in the bedroom. My husband didn't so it must have just been my phone. Hard bed--but that's Italy for ya. The washing machine was nice but the icons for the various load types are misc dot and line symbols we couldn't decipher. Having instructions printed up would be very helpful. |

| This apartment is comfortable, roomy, clean and in an amazing location minutes from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and major bus stop Largo di Torre Argentina. Very secure entry and only one flight up. Amazing value. Very friendly hosts who were flexible and welcoming. Perfect for a short or extended stay in Rome, especially for those working in the city and looking for a self-contained option. |
| The cafe across the road opens early and is noisy but this all added to the experience of living in the center of Roma! |
