 | The apartment was in a fantastic position and was a very good size. We were a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that it had no kettle or electric jug for boiling water. There were no cups or mugs supplied. |
 | The owner sent someone to let us in the apartment. His only interest was getting the remainder of the money. He was the cleaner and we felt he didn\'t really do a great job. It would have been good to be given some thoughts about the area. |
 | Cross-Pollinate has been extremely efficient and has always been quick to respond to any queries or concerns. Having never visited Rome before it was just luck that we chose an apartment in such a great location. |

As of September 2013 this apartment has a new property manager so the comment about the owner no longer applies.

| The check-in was right on time and reliable, the air conditioner worked well which was critical because there was an unusual heat wave, location is great! |
| We booked the apartment for three persons and were given only two, very thin, inadequate towels. Not providing toilet paper is a silly cost saving approach. A friend had an apartment in the same building from a different owner for the same money and it was better equipped. |
| Trustworthy and positive service. |

As of September 2013 this apartment has a new property manager who manages the towels, toilet paper, sheets and cleaning much better.
