| The apartment was in a great location and we loved watching the views of the bustling street below from the terrace. There was a lot of space inside too and we were grateful for the air-conditioning as it was a hot weekend. |
| It would have been handy to have a map in the apartment to help orientate visitors. We would also have liked to have a shared visitors book- to share tips on tasty restaurants or interesting tours. |
| I was very glad we booked through Cross-Pollinate. Our original booking had to be changed because of a problem with the original apartment and we would really have struggled to sort this out ourselves. Giulia was a fantastic host, helping us with transfer from the airport and giving us a detailed introduction to the apartment (I will be sure never to wash my coffee pot with detergent again!) |

| The directions we were given to the apartment were not complete. She was as helpful as she could be given the language barrier and my unfamiliarity with Rome once we called her but more detailed written directions in our email communications would have been helpful. |

| Great location for exploring Rome (walking distance to Piazza Navona, Vatican, Pantheon etc.) Clean, comfortable and spacious with effective air conditioning. The bar below is great for breakfast! |

| It's a great location. Easy to walk to so many great places. There are several local shops and restaurants / cafes nearby. We were a family of four and found the apartments very spacious and confortable. Only consideration is the main road outside, along the river. You can hear the traffic noise but you do get used to this after the first night. Worth staying here. |
| Maybe a map marked up with some local recommendations of family friendly cafe / restaurants. Maybe a comments book that is left at the apartment so people can benefit by reading others feedback / comments and recommendations. |
| All very good. It was so easy being able to pre-book the taxis for airport PCI up and drop off. This can be a stressful process but it was so easy to have this arranged. Very clear communication and good follow up. Great job team. |

| The location was fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere. We liked the security of the building. The apartment was a great space and the four of us enjoyed the size. It would have been nice to have two sets of keys. The railing on the stairs to the loft was not connected, loose and dangerous if any weight was put on it. My husband had to wire it together for safety. The bathrooms were clean, however, towels and toilet paper would have been nice to have supplied. As a vacation rental property, we were disappointed these basics were not supplied. We appreciated the clean living areas although the apartment could use a coat of paint. It really is a cute apartment. The kitchen offered the necessary basics but we missed having wine glasses and had to drink out of coffee cups. Downstairs was located a wonderful little shop that supplied us with information and coffee everyday. The family that owned this shop were so helpful and we became good friends. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others. |
