Its a very nice, tidy and quiet apartment with lovely details, ideal for two, near the vatican. Good starting point for visiting rome with the railway station s.piedro and bus station 64 nearby. We liked to sit on the balcony to relax. The bed is big and very comfortably, nice bathroom, big cabinet. Kitchen ist fully fitted and has a gas oven. The owner Silvia was very friendly and we would like to come back some time.
The crew of cross pollinate was very helpful and friendly

- Great value for money - Helpfulness of owner - very clean - Nice little touches like milk & cereals left
Air conditioning system too noisy to have on through the night
Would recommend cross pollinate to orhers. Easy to use, no hidden extras.

Clean and well maintained apartment. Close to San Pieter and well connected by bus/train to other tourist areas. Cecelia was very helpful. The apartment was not ready when we arrived and she took us out for coffee and snacks at her own cost, while the apartment was getting ready. She took us on a walk and showed us around the area and the bus/train stops. This really helped us get oriented to the place very quickly. She also acted as our guide and showed the hot spots around the Rome city center.
Cant think of anything
Very pleasant experience working with Steve and Amy.

We hard a warm welcome and it was very well located for the supermarket and the bus into the centre of Rome. It had a balcony which was a bonus.
There was nothing we disliked.
Della Jensen on Oct 2014:

Location was great. Flat was cute & clean. The owners were very nice & attentive.
On our last night we got home & had no water. I was told from the owners that I would be receiving a refund for our last night due to the inconvenience of no water to do dishes, or get cleaned up before our departure early the next morning. This has not occurred as of yet.
Admin on 30. Nov 2014:
Our understanding was that the water came back on at midnight - so the water was only off for 3 hours. The owner, from the guests arrival, had provided breakfast and a wifi (neither of which were included in the price and neither of which were thanked for). The owner, in any case, had offered to give back some money for the water problem, but in the morning they left without contacting her. She wrote them as well and they never responded.

Nice and clean, perfect location. Everything we need in the apartment. Easy access to the center of Rome and to the bus/train transport. Helpful owner.

The studio was well appointed with everything I needed to be comfortable. It was conveniently located to St. Peter's Basilica and easy walking distance to those sights, restaurants, and had easy access to buses and trains.
Michael P on Oct 2014:

Comfortable and clean, close to San Pietro (and a supermarket), great kitchenette!
Make sure you look at a map before you go! You may take a wrong turn! However, it's incredibly convenient once you know how to get there.
Anna B. on Oct 2014:
This was a great apartment located very close to St. Peter's but quiet in the evening and in a safe neighborhood. Easy distance from public transport of all kinds and a great place to rest in between site seeing without leaving the city. The apartment is lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen amenities. Tastefully decorated with a nice balcony opening on green trees and A/C in the heat. It was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. The owner and her sister were terrific and went out of their way to help us when we initially lost our way. They were so kind and available for any assistance! I highly recommend this flat for the perfect stay in Rome!
Scottish guest on Jul 2014:
Clean and tidy, very near to Vatican and San Pietro Station, also right at end of 64 bus route [goes through central area to Termini] so you always could get a seat on the bus! Apartment is at the back of the block and faces trees, no road noise. Good supermarket for food shopping nearby, and kitchen area well equipped. Silvia kindly allowed to leave our luggage on our last day as no one was booked in and we had an evening flight.
Tyron (South Africa) on Jun 2014:

While small, the apartment is perfect for two. It is clean, well equipped and the patio is fun for breakfasts in the sun. The apartment is in a safe area, and walking distance from a grocery store and the Vatican City. It's easy to get to central Rome on the bus. The host responded quickly to all of my emails before our stay and was very welcoming. We had a wonderful week!
