WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST we will contact Casa Billi Guesthouse to make sure they've acknowledged your request and blocked the room for you. It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours.
KEEP YOUR ID NUMBER so that you can check the status of your request. If our emails to you get blocked as spam, this will help us find your reservation.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAYMENT LINK in the amount of 12% for each night of your request. Once confirmed, the amount will be charged and deducted from your balance, which you pay directly to Casa Billi Guesthouse in cash on arrival in euro, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card, Diners Club card, CartaSi, JCB card, American Express.
IF FOR SOME REASON the owner can't confirm, we will suggest an alternative that is as similar as possible in price and location. If you are not interested in reserving this alternative, no charge will be made.
TO RESERVE MORE THAN ONE ROOM If you are booking in a B&B or guesthouse rather than a private apartment, you will need to complete this reservation process for each room you want to reserve and indicate in the 'additional notes' that they are to be confirmed together. For example, if you are 4 people and want to reserve 2 rooms in a B&B / Guesthouse you will need to submit 2 separate request forms.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS: You can cancel your reservation up until 5 days prior to your arrival with no penalty and the deposit can be applied toward the downpayment of a future booking. If you paid the additional fee for the "flexible refund policy" then we'll also refund the downpayment in full. However, if you cancel after the cancellation cutoff period, your credit card will be charged in the amount of 30% of your entire stay or one night's accommodation (whichever is greater) and your downpayment will be lost. For example, if your reservation is for the 31st we will need to know by midnight (Italian time) on the 26th, regardless of estimated time of arrival. If you cancel with more than 5 days notice then your downpayment will be fully refunded.
CHANGES: All changes must be made through written or verbal communication with our office 5 days prior to your arrival. Any changes that cannot be accommodated, resulting in a cancellation of the reservation, will be subject to cancellation penalties above. If you make changes within 4 days of your arrival which reduce the length of your stay, your balance will remain the same regardless of how many nights you intend to stay.
OWNER POLICIES: luggage can be held before check-in, luggage can be left after check-out, non-smoking, check-out time is 10 am, room will be ready by 12 pm for check-in, city tourist tax €4 per person per night (not included in price)
