The living room oversees the Firuzaga Mosque that the neighborhood and the flat takes its name from. From the kitchen you can see half of central Istanbul. 

A traditional kitchen with all the modern equipment gets a lot of sunlight. The antique dining table and chairs are perfect for any meal. The master bedroom upstairs has even a better view and a comfortable double bed with a headboard that is converted from and antique door. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs as well.

The house is comfortable, has a nostalgic character and is in the perfect area where you can be in downtown and in a local neighborhood at the same time. Cihangir is a gentrified neighborhood, 5 minute walk from famous Istiklal street where many cafes, restaurants and museums are located. Firuzaga Cafe, the traditinal coffee house right in front of the building is the place where writers and actors hang out and network. Walking a few meters ahead, you will find boutiques, local butchers, fruit stores, and even Careefour if that's what you need. 

Orhan Pamuk's novel Museum of Innocence takes place in this neighborhood. The recently created museum cited in the book is about 300 meters away.

Firuzaga Flat is ideal for families and group of friends as there is plenty of space, and good for disabled and elderly as there is an elevator. 

Location is the best for transportation: You can walk to many places of interest and  old city where Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are located is a 5 minute taxi ride or a nice 7 minute walk to the tram and then 5 stops away.
