| Our family of five loved staying here. Mine's a great host and gave us all of the information we needed upon arrival, including restaurant and gelateria recommendations, a map, and a tour of the apartment. She was easy to reach prior to and during our stay. I was concerned that our location so close to the Ponte Vecchio would include a lot of street noise, but the apartment is actually incredibly quiet (top floor on a quiet side street). Florence was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioners (one in each room) worked perfectly and kept everyone cool. The two bathrooms are tiny, but work fine. Laundry was easy to do (good washing machine and a big drying rack). We'd definitely stay here again. |
| Absolutely fabulous stay in Florence! Mine welcomed us and provided all kinds of information that was so helpful. The apartment was spectacular!! Cozy and perfectly located to all sights! It was literally steps to the Ponte Vecchio. Would positively recommend to all and would definitely stay there again. We also had a lovely dinner at La Funetta, rustic and charming. Another nice thing was a grocery store steps away also. Washer in apartment with a Wash & Dry facility across the street for drying. Perfect place!!!! |
| Perfect location to walk everywhere in Florence; Ponte Vecchio and supermarket very close. Well stocked kitchen. We shared apt. with our two daughters and there was ample room for all. Our contact was friendly and helpful; we were able to drop off our luggage before appointed time. Numerous spots for gelato and excellent restaurants steps away. WIFI was good. |
| There are 100 steps up to apartment, so if lift is out, this may be a challenge for some. As in all of Europe, the showers are tiny, but good water pressure. Slipcovers and new paint in some rooms would make this place sparkle. |

| The location was awesome and having 2 bedrooms with a washer and drying racks was also great. We were allowed to safely store our bags even though we arrived prior to the Check-in time. |
| Having written instructions about using the washer would have been helpful, since I do not speak Italian. Also, providing info about the location of a grocery store would have also been helpful. |

| We arrived at the apartment about 2 hrs sooner than scheduled, the owner's father let us in but spoke very little English. Owner never showed up until when we checked out 4 days later. At the very least, she could have called once during our stay to see if we had any questions about the apartment, the neighborhood or even Florence...which we did! Not a huge problem since we figured it out ourselves but it's just basic customer service. |

| Location was fantastic! Apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with everything one would need. Staff (Mine) was super helpful and nice, providing us with introductory material on Florence, taking us to the nearest ATM, calling a taxi for our departure. She really went above and beyond, always with a smile! Thank you, Mine! |
| Nothing! However, like most European accommodations, showers were small. They were fine for us (family of 5 with adult children), but if someone were VERY large, the showers could be problematic. |

| Location is PERFECT - within walking distance of anything you would want to do in Florence. The apartment was clean, roomy and and welcoming. Apartment owner was friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc. Photos and listing are accurate - I can't say enough great things about this apartment! |
