This apartment is part of 3 almost identical apartments (Dimezzo, Secondino, & Lacorte) that were recently restored in a small building just near the central station, Santa Maria Novella.

Lots of attention to detail and nice little touches, as well as the basic comforts - AC, TV, a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare some meals.

Each apartment has a bedroom with queen size bed, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The bathrooms are all recently redone with shower stalls.

The location is close enough to the station that getting in and out of the city with bags is a cinch, plus you can get to all the major sites in Florence in about 15 minutes on foot.

Since the area is just outside the pedestrian-zone, those coming by car will be able to get to the apartment and there's a garage structure just across the street.
