This cute luxury holiday apartment is located on Via Toscanella, in the heart of the Oltrarno neighborhood, where life slows down a bit from the tourist hoards around the Duomo. Traditionally an area filled with artisans, it's very much an area where one can feel the local lifestyle of living in Florence. It's close to the famous Palazzo Pitti and Via Maggio, a street lined with antique stores. From there you will be able to reach all the tourist attractions by foot, such as Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery by a short walk across the Ponte Vecchio.

It's central, elegant, and perfect for visiting Florence through short walks around the historic center of the city.

Located in an ancient building from the 15th century, the apartment is on the third floor with elevator and it has been completely renovated. It is composed of a living room with TV, a large sitting area, three bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

We liked the living room and smart tv and the large bedrooms, and that it had a dining room.

The location was perfect for us. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment is spacious we had plenty of room.
There could be a few more pots/pans to cook. Also there is AC in the bedrooms which is a lifesaver but none in common areas.
I would definitely use cross polinate again. Convenient and responsive.
