Situated on a second and third floor and completely refurbished in 2010, it's a good-sized apartment nicely distributed over two levels: upon entering you have a spacious living room with comfortable double sofabed, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) with a dining area, then on the upper floor -- one flight of stairs -- there's a nice double bedroom (with exposed wood-beam ceiling and a cute little writing 'niche'), a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a beautiful private 'altana': a typical Venetian terrace with view over the roofs, from which you can admire an enchanting view of the city! Perfect for relaxing in the evening or enjoying your meals al fresco.
A few steps away from the apartment, you'll find everything you need: a supermarket, a bakery, a pizza take-away, a fresh fruit and vegetable store and one of the best ice cream parlors in Venice.
The apartment is managed by Francesco and Paolo, two young Venetian brothers. Their family runs a small hotel in the neighborhood -- extremely convenient for check-in, check-out and any additional needs you might have. The owners, or the 24-hour hotel reception, are always on hand! You are welcome to use wifi internet or the computer in the lobby of their hotel, which is about a 10 minute walk from your apartment.
Please note: For check-in you will need to go to the family hotel (very close to where you are staying) and you'll be accompanied to your apartment. Luggage can be held before and after check-out at the hotel.
