The studio has a corner equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities and stocked for your immediate needs, a fridge and microwave (no stove or sink though). There's a bedroom, a living room area and a bathroom. The apartment is elegantly furnished and in a nice overall setting (you'll find anything you'll need in the immediate surroundings).
It's managed by a Venetian couple who know how to make their guests feel special and welcome (they even provide a little hotel-like welcome basket with shampoo, soaps, etc so you know you're on vacation).
PLEASE NOTE: a Special booking policy applies to this property. Owners accept a cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. For cancellations on shorter notice, 30% of the total rental price has to be paid as penalty. You will be asked to accept this policy before we can secure your booking.
