Ca' Terrazza e Vista Canale is a spacious two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the city, overlooking a nice canal. Situated just a few steps off the Campo Santa Maria Formosa square and only about a five-minute walk from both the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square, it's as central as it gets while set in quiet surroundings.
Consisting of an entrance area, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofabed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and... a terrace with view over the picturesque canal below for gondola-watching!
Everything you might need is right outside: a large (by Italian standards!) well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a pizza take-away, fresh fruit and vegetable store and one of the best ice cream parlors in Venice.
The apartment is managed by Francesco and Paolo, two young Venetian brothers. Their family runs a small hotel in the neighborhood-- extremely convenient for check-in, check-out and any additional needs you might have. The owners, or the 24-hour hotel reception are always on hand!
You are welcome to use wifi internet or the computer in the lobby of the hotel for free during your stay. The hotel is about a 10minute walk from your apartment.
Please note: for check-in you will need to go to the family hotel (very close to where you are staying) and you'll be accompanied to your apartment. Luggage can be held before and after check-out at the hotel.
