San Geremia Flat
San Geremia Flat is a nice and bright two-bedroom apartment (about 65 square meters), situated on the first floor of an historic apartment building, with a view on the beautiful San Geremia church and over a nice piazza, Campo S. Geremia.
Extremely convenient location: just a short walk from the train station (about 10 minutes, and easy to find!); across the river from the tourist hordes but close enough to walk to the most important sites.
There are several vaporetto stops within easy reach, and the Strada Nova, the only real large walking and shopping street in Venice, is basically around the corner and will take you on a pleasant stroll to the rest of Venice.
Simply but functionally furnished and with a good amount of sun and light, the apartment consists of an entrance/living room with sofa and sitting/eating area to the one side, open kitchen on the other side, a bathroom (with shower stall) a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
The owner, Alessandro, lives on the third floor of the same building and rents out the first and second floor apartment, and he'll be happy to assist you during your stay.
