Nic on Sep 2013:

The room was clean, great location, and the owner was very helpful.
Nothing, it was a really pleasant stay.

Very clean, cute, comfortable room and friendly staff. We were able to obtain a ride to the airport through the helpful staff.
Initially, slight difficulty with communication (contact phone call) as our party spoke very limited Italian and our contact person spoke limited English; but it all worked out in the end. An email with our arrival information would have been a better alternative.
Great service for international travelers who want more than a hotel experience.

The B+B is an absolutely a pleasant family owned business. I would recommnend anyone to stay here especially if you are not afraid to do some walking around Rome as the Cipro Metro is only 10 mins walk away from the B+B. It is very clean and the decor is very tasty, plus you have free WIFI.
From my personal experience stying here I have nothing bad to say, although I wish it maybe a little cheaper.
The staff were very helpfull, especially communicating with me before I arrived to Rome as I was checking in around midnight..Thank you!! :)

I loved that the interior was so accurate and neat with thought of every little detail. And the cleanliness was of very high standard. The location is great and close to the Vatican. The staff is so helpful and warmhearted. The 90-year-old grandma baked the cakes! It is driven by an Italian family and they are all very helpful and great people. I can only recommend this place.
It would be very nice after booking is confirmed, that you receive an email with confirmation and all the details of how much it costs, in-check details, the adress and so forth. I did not get that and was confused. Both about the cost of the stay and something so simple as the address! That would be very helpful.
Like it a lot - except it would be so nice with a detailed confirmation when the confirmation is cleared.

Everything... It's a beautiful and thoughtfully decorated place to stay that is SO convenient to the Vatican and a very easy, cheap bus ride to town (Coloseum/Forum/Pantheon). It is also close to the Metro, although we didn't use it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here for any of my travels to Rome, regardless of my daily destinations. Marco and his family are EXCELLENT hosts, and the pricing/quality is better than anything you'll find in Rick Steves' book.
Internet service was a little weak in the individual rooms, however we simpy used the office area when we needed connectivity. It was not an inconvenience at all.
EXCELLENT also. I highly recommend using this service and will definitely look into using C-P again in the future when I travel to Italy. It was a blessing in disguise for us.
Kenneth on May 2013:

The location was great and near to the sites we were visiting. Safe and transportation was easy to accessas well as good food.
Better, American style, coffee for visitors from the US. I know it seem minor and it is. But it is the one thing that stands out to me when traveling abroad.

Nice, friendly, helpful owners/staff, clean, quiet, comfortable room. I was very happy with my stay. I would and have recommended to others to consider staying there. Could not be happier with my visit. This is the only B&B I've ever used, a great first time experience.
Not really a fault, just an observation. Italian showers are Not made for bigger U.S. bodies. Anyone bigger then me, 6'3" 240lbs, might not fit in the shower stall. Again, not a fault on their part, it's just what is.
helpful and courteous. would definitely use you again.
