Le Rose di Bi Bed & Breakfast

Le Rose di Bi Bed & Breakfast is just off Piazza Vittorio, an ethnic neighborhood on the south side of Roma Termini, the central rail station. A few blocks from the subway station (red line), it is a short ride to the Spanish Steps and the Vatican and a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Perfect for travelers on a tight budget who don't want to give up standard hotel features, the 3 immaculate guestrooms all offer ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV and mini-fridge. Some basic breakfast items are provided in the room: milk, tea, coffee, packaged pastries, and fruit. Rooms, which are each between 16-19 square meters, are rented as doubles or singles. For a triple or quad, guests will be given 2 rooms side by side, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. For a group of 5-6 people, guests will be given all 3 rooms of the guesthouse. Although the decor is basic and old-fashioned, the owner, Patrizio, has a construction company and keeps everything in top working order. Over the years, Patrizio and his Chinese wife, Bin Chen, have kind of become extended cross-pollinate family. Patrizio has either conducted or played a major role in practically every renovation or repair ever done in our hotel and we've grown quite warm to his gruff, seemingly anti-social behavior, and know that beneath his grumpiness he's one of the most honest and kind people we've ever met. Practically all our staff has had an experience of being invited over to their house for home-cooked Chinese food by Bin, and there are a few stories as well about having had leftovers brought to the office later. Being of two completely different cultures themselves, they are quite a unique pair indeed.

For guests who book 7 consecutive days or more, air-conditioning is free of charge.

Please note that for guests who wish to leave their luggage after check-out, the owners allow luggage to be left for free until 5 pm. After 5 pm, there is a fee of 10 euros per hour (or partial hour) to leave luggage.
