Appartamento Innocenzo
You'll feel very at home in this newly restored, very comfortable apartment. Complete with parquet floors and warm, antique, wood furniture, this bright apartment is well designed and very harmonious. Upon entering the apartment there is a seating area to the right with a TV and stereo, behind which is bedroom with double sized fold out couch. Off the main room in the center is a small kitchen area, complete with dishwasher. To the left of the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed that can have up to three single beds. There is one bathroom with shower and a balcony that runs the length of the apartment with a washing machine for laundry. The neighborhood is residential and commercial with many shops and few tourists. About a 15 minute walk will take you to the back of St. Peter's Basilica. Although the apartment is not considered in the center of Rome, it is well connected by buses to anywhere in the city and close to the San Pietro train station, convenient for getting in and out of the city.

Melissa Siig on Jul 2017:

The apartment was very clean and cute and slept five of us. It is also in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome.
It is a 10-15 minute walk from the subway, which can be tiring after a long day of sight-seeing.

On arrival we were met by the delightful Roberta who gave us a tour of the apartment and answered all the questions we had about Rome. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. Silvia, the host, had provided tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for our arrival; this was most appreciated. There were many other thoughtful touches such as cooking condiments, washing up liquid, hand wash, shower gel and lots of towels which all added to the feeling of a 'home from home'. My 10 month old daughter was kept enthralled by the sheer number of toys provided as well as the generous collection of books. Two of the group also picked up a good read from the book collection (titles in italian and english). We had a lovely time in Rome and this apartment played a huge role in that. We are certain that we will use it again on our return to Rome and recommend it to family and friends.
I really cannot think of anything we did not like about this apartment.

Il soggiorno in quest'appartamento è andato molto bene. L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito ed accogliente. Silvia e sua sorella sono state molto gentili. Grazie mille per tutto. A nice and comfortable flat, very near to the city center. The owner and her sister were very kind with us.

Excellent location: quiet, safe, convenient, but just a 20 minutes' walk to St Peter's and the Vatican Museum and close to bus links to the Historic Centre. The owner/manager Silvia was very accommodating, helpful, and inviting. Thank you for letting us check in early and check out late, and for helping us arrange a car service to pick us up and return to the airport. Best of all we felt comfortable and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We were there in hot August and as a result, the air conditioning at night was a huge plus. Great amenities like free Wi-Fi.
There is nothing we can find that was negative, only to say THANK YOU SILVIA.
I would certainly use you sight again. You were helpful and got our Rome Holiday started off on a high note.
Marie Owen on Aug 2014:

The apartment was lovely very homely and well equipped. I liked the personal service from the owner, she was really helpful and organised our airport transfers.
Nothing everything was perfect
Jane Giles on Jul 2014:

The apartment really is within walking distance of the Vatican, 15 minutes or so, and if you go around the walls clockwise it's maybe 20 or 25 minutes to the Museum entrance. It was bliss to sit out on the balcony. There is also a supermarket at the back of the same block, so very quick to get to. We felt very at home and would love to have stayed longer.
We didn't realize from the photos that all the beds are really in the same room! (You try to indicate this by showing the corner of the double bed in one shot, and you do mention it in the blurb, but I somehow missed it!). Maybe it would be good to emphasize that this would be great for a family but a bit too cosy for three couples! In the end it didn't really matter because we were two couples rather than the three we'd expected and the second couple had the (comfortable) fold-out bed in the living room alcove. Also, we found the ironing board but couldn't find the iron. It's probably there somewhere, but could be more obvious. One other little hiccup was that when we came to leave (having left the key in the apartment as instructed) the gate was locked. Fortunately, someone else arrived just then and let us out.
You were a real help to us and I'd definitely recommend you to friends.
Mrs Luna on Apr 2014:

Fantastic Apartment. Great Location. Spotless! Has everything you could wish for. Easy to use public transport (Bus 571 and 916). Great bars, restaurants nearby. Cashpoint at top of road. Secure entry systems. Communal areas very well kept. Thoughtful and helpful owners. Home from home! Don't delay - pay this one a visit. Great for families, couples, young and old alike.
There isn't anything to dislke!

Exceptionally clean and wonderfully located. Host was gracious and very kind. Exceeded all of our expectations. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Rome so wonderful!
Michael Chamberlain on Nov 2013:
A spacious and comfortable apartment with very good transport links to all of Rome. An excellent balcony.
Simon Farmer on Nov 2013:

Really lovely flat, in a great location, with shops near by, so easy to pick up food and drink. It was easy to reach with an arranged taxi from the airport. The apartment is really close to the main bus routes, with frequent buses, and with our Omnia and Roma Passes (bought from the web) we could get on any bus, and be straight into Rome centre in minutes and straight into our next attraction.
Nothing to complain about, other than the weather got worse towards the end of out stay and we couldn't sit out on the balcony in the sun!
