| The location is ideal for exploring Rome. The bedrooms were sunny and clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even arranged airport transportation for us, which was most welcome. The air conditioning was also fantastic when the temps hit 97 degrees. Some previous reviews noted the street noise. There is some - Rome is a major city - but the street is rather quiet and overall the noise level was not an issue. We slept quite well in our "Rome home." |

| The apartment is in a very nice part of Rome and close to many sites. The layout is great for different uses as the doors close on each room (we have a baby). It is bright and airy with nice balconies. The apartment agent was really helpful in changing our dates of stay and letting us checkout late, which we appreciated. |
| There is noise from the street but also from the neighbour. We hoped to use the air con to drown out noises and keep the room cool for the baby, but it was not working when we were there. (They did offer to fix it but our stay was not long enough.) |
| Other than booking through the site we did not use Cross-Pollinate. The info is great and their apartments seem well chosen. |
| Neighborhood, proximity to many things. The rooms were well lit with great Windows looking out to the street. The apartment was very clean. |
| I know this isn't a BandB but it would be helpful to have a few things for someone to start off with something like a little coffee or tea. It would be nice to be able to use the washing machine. We were told it wasn't a good idea to use. |
| Very easy to use . The wine was a nice addition. The pictures do make the apartment look a lot nicer and brighter than it is. It would be a good idea to keep the white covers on everything. |
| Lots of room in apartment, quite comfortable for 4 adults. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Metro. Many restaurants close. Loved the 3 little balconies! Martha, the apartment agent, was extremely accommodating and cheerful. We dropped off luggage while apt, was being cleaned. My daughter had a late flight and was able to leave luggage after check out since apt, wasn't rented that night. Great service. Found the list of restaurants and markets helpful. |
| Not sure this can be improved since it's a busy city, but even with windows and shutters closed, one hears the garbage trucks and street cleaners each night. |
