Easy walking distance to many sites of interest, and just a few blocks from a great street market (about 5 blocks long) of shops (meat, fish, produce, pastry, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Apartment was spacious, and it was nice to have a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and balcony. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our friends. |
 | We like Cross-Pollinate much better than Air BnB or VRBO because the pricing is very clear (no additional fees for admin, service, and cleaning which appear when you proceed to finalize a booking). Cross-Pollinate web site is very easy to use, and the C-P staff was very responsive by email when we had questions or needed help with anything. We will definitely book with Cross-Pollinate again, and recommend C-P to our friends. |
| Apartment is nice and just as pictured. The neighborhood is great with all the conveniences and easy access to the metro. The old wood floors creak with every step so if you’re traveling with a light sleeper, then this is not the place for you. You will also want a white noise machine to drown out the sounds from the street below. |

| Wunderschönes Appartement, super betreuter Empfang, ganz gechillter Checkout, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, tolle Essens-, Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, Metrostation direkt um die Ecke, zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral zu Les Halles und Pompidou, auch die Seine ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup. |
| « Excellent location, especially if you are booked on an Open Tour Bus as you are minutes from one of the main routes. Also close to 2 separate Metro lines as well as the Hard Rock Cafe. There's a short walk to a pedestrianised area where there are plenty of places to eat and drink in an extremely pleasant atmosphere. All of this as well as being able to come back to an apartment with balcony and sit back with a glass of wine. » |
