Wheatley B&B
The Wheatley is a small, family home set in a charming Chelsea street minutes from the famous Kings Road. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with tub) is available to visitors and they have use of the kitchen for a ‘continental style’ breakfast which is served buffet style. Chelsea is an ideal location for visitors at is in easy reach of many of London’s popular tourist attractions, such as Harrods, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum and the shopping districts of Sloane Street and Knightsbridge. It is one stop on the underground to Buckingham Palace & two stops to Westminster and Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. London’s theatre district is also within easy reach as are Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. There are numerous coffee bars/café’s and restaurants in the area and an excellent bus/underground service to all parts of London. In fact, the No 11 bus stops nearby in the Kings Road and can take you via Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and St Paul's Cathedral where you can hop off and walk over the millennium bridge to the Tate Modern and take the river boat back to Victoria Embankment.

The accommodation is ideal for a single person stopping off on route to Europe or just enjoying a few days break in London or a couple who don’t mind a standard sized double bed.

the great location the wonderful LARGE room, great internet owner allowed guest to bring in 'take away' food to reduce the time spent looking for a restaurant! she was MOST helpful with info on the BUS, something I have never taken before in London and best of all, Ms Wheatly helped me with info on several of the travel stories I am working on. We even exchanged a 'lunch in the crypt' location she had not tried yet!
I should have read that no hair dryer was included, but the owner shared hers note: no tv but radio if you want to hear the news
1. have tried for several years to use CP for my constant trips to Italy and often via London. 2. this was AFFORDABLE for a solo traveler. 3. Steve was great to help me with this last minute booking after I arrived by ship 4. far better than the hotel I could have found 5. wish there were more solo friendly priced apartments available for longer stays.

Gracious, helpful host. Lovely, spotlessly clear en suite room in a quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance from bus and tube stop.
Nothing really--we enjoyed everything about our visit.
The process worked really well, and we feel we got great accommodations in London for a reasonable price (less than we'd have paid for comparable hotel lodgings).

I would book this BandB again without hesitation. I would highly recommend it too.

The bed was very comfortable and the ammenitties were excellent. I recommend anyone to consider this place for your accommadation whilst in London. I will definatley be back and looking forward to seeing dina again!

We loved our stay at Wheatley B&B, and would definitely stay again. The house is beautiful and in a superb location; the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to your needs; best of all is the breakfast selection! We would recommend to anyone.
Everything was perfect!

Great location and price. Room was clean and bathroom was clean and spacious. Charming helpful owner got me on my way to my football match after I was confused as to transit alternatives due to a Tube outage. Despite the fact that I was leaving far too early for breakfast, she had a croissant ready for me. Excellent stay. Perfect for my one day in London on my way to Italy.
Chelsea needs more Indian restaurants on the King's Road but as far as Wheatley B&B is concerned nothing.
Very straight forward. Well done. Definitely would use it again. Love these type of alternative to hotel type organizations!
