Shoreditch Studio
A large open-plan, first floor studio flat with stylish interiors and a great location. This apartment is located on a busy street in Shoreditch. It sleeps two in a partitioned sleeping area, has a galley kitchen and a separate bathroom.

In the immediate area head towards the lively local street markets of Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields and Petticoat Lane. Much loved by the locals the area offers vibrant restaurants (some particularly fine Vietnamese cuisine), music venues, bars and night life as well as renowned galleries and museums - the Cube and Geffrye Museum being perhaps best known. It is an area of East London full of interesting contrasts - vibrant and multicultural, trendy and traditional, affluent and gritty. It has a wonderful and diverse range of people: bohemian artists, monied financiers, Cockney Londoners to name but a few.

Certainly the price is right, location is good--interesting neighborhood, close to public transportation, the information packet is full of helpful information.
Overall appearance should be improved: peeling paint on bathroom door, unsightly stain in the corner near kitchen ceiling, mildew in the shower stall, the carpet in the entry way/stairs really needs cleaning. The fan and toaster didn't work well.
I have used Cross-Pollinate three times and will continue to do so, really appreciate their assistance in locating great places for us and their responsiveness. Thanks!

The day after the guests left the place was painted - so those issues should be gone now.
