It was so sunny, nicely furnished, right on major bus lines, near grocery stores. The kitchen was lovely and nice for cooking.
The heat and hot water was not consistent, unfortunately it was cold most of the time. It is listed as being in zone 1 which to me would mean near a zone 1 tube stop but it is a 20 min walk to the tube, the bus made up for this. It is not near the main shoreditch high street, takes about 20 min to get there on foot, which was not a problem for me, but could be for some.
Been using cross-pollinate for years, and they are always so helpful! The apartment I wanted was not available so Steve suggested a few other suitable options, always nice to get their insight!

From the owner: The apartment is in the process of been sold and dealing with the landlord to get things done slowed right down. The boiler was replaced yesterday as after the guest left it stopped working completely. She had heating but the water was only hot during the mornings, with the evenings it going warm / cool but it could still be used. The boiler had been doing this for a little while and the plumber I use would fix for the short term, but it would end up doing the same thing within a few weeks - it needed to be replaced though. I was communicating with the guest each day and her last email said we had hot showers this morning, and it seems to do it in the afternoon / evenings only.
