Verbania House B & B
Verbania House is a 6-room B&B with the rooms split between two separate buildings within 50 meters of each other. The rooms are newly redone, decorated traditionally, and have hardwood flooring and all new furniture. All rooms have private ensuite bathroom (with shower), TV, and air-conditioning. A light Italian self-service breakfast is provided each morning. This B&B is located in a residential area just outside the center of Rome, near the neighborhood San Giovanni. It's not walkable from the tourist sites, but it is well-connected via Metro, bus, and train. There is a Metro stop on the red line just down the street, making it a 10-15 minute ride from the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, and the Vatican. For those coming from or going to Fiumicino airport, the Tuscolana train station is just around the corner from the B&B and is about a 25-minute train ride from the airport.
