Moraq is very helpful and friendly, she even booked museum tickets for us and offered great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was good and hot but light. The room was very clean and nice and quiet at night. We were also just a few minutes walk from the Accademia, the Mercato Centrale and leather market. Great location!
Please provide an iron for your guests. Softer towels would be nice too.

| This b&b was wonderful in every way - a gracious hostess, beautiful and spacious rooms with plenty of light, and a decent light-fare breakfast (small pastries and GOOD coffee - yes, I couldn't find "american" coffee until I arrived here...)
The location of the B&B was very good, only a few minutes walk to everything we wanted to see in Florence. Me and my wife also felt very safe and comfortable walking around the area at night - there were families in the near-by piazza at night with the kids playing freely (made us lament how this didn't happen in American cities).
Maroq was incredibly helpful and her stories of life in Italy were extremely captivating.

Excellent - this service made our honeymoon a wonderful trip and I recommend it to anyone I come across who is traveling abroad.

I have used Cross-Pollinate for a couple of stays and I have been very pleased with the selection and them as a resource.
