 | If I could give ten stars to the helpfulness of the owner, I would. She sat down with us and drew lines with green pen on the map she provided. We knew exactly where to go, what to see and where to eat. WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Location fantastic! Breakfast was across the street using tickets provided by Fernanda. Caffe and pastries-yum! The pictures are accurate. I was in the Luna room while my friend was in the big room with bed, couch and table. |

 | the owner is supper nice and helpful , small kichen but enough to cook your meal and coffee, tea, milk and fruits , ton of snacks are there free of charge, each room have AC and windows, watch for mosquitoes if you open windows, small balcony for smoker, bathroom is fulled of shampoo and body bath, no conditioner ( have not seen any of this in any of my hotels), location is very close to the train five minutes, the sign of the hotel is very small , the door of the B&B is b/w the two restaurants, the biggest room of the three facing to the neighborhood road there for is very noisy at night, people drink and talk very loud until 2-3 am, bring your earplugs and close all windows (she change the room for us and it was perfect) |

Just a few comments to help other travelers:
1. The sign is the size allowed by the city of Florence for a B&B her size in the historic center. She's not allowed to put anything larger based on the type of license she has.
2. The room initially given to the guest is larger, to accommodate those traveling with more luggage, but faces the street. There are double paned windows and it is not particularly loud by Florence standards. Given that the guest preferred quieter, the owner moved her toward the inner courtyard. However, the noise she experienced is not typical.
