Elizabeth's Flat

Elizabeth's Flat is owned by the same English-Spanish couple that run The Patio B&B, also on our website. This apartment is just one street away from the B&B and the owners' home in the prestigious Eixample neighborhood. The flat is conveniently located just 50 meters from a metro stop (Line 5, Entença stop) and only a 5-minute walk from the Sants train station, making it convenient to get to and from El Prat airport, and other places of interest like Sitges, Costa Brava, or Girona, and for taking the official tourist bus around the city which is a great way of seeing Barcelona for the first time as you can cover a lot of ground without wearing out your shoes. The neighborhood is a residential area just on the edge of the historic center, so while it's convenient for getting around the city, it's also just far enough from the more touristy areas that it's easy to find good, authentic restaurants and bars that are more reasonably priced. There's also a huge variety of local shops in the streets surrounding the flat -- including laundry, supermarkets, greengrocer's, internet cafes, coffee bars, etc. The apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a residential building. It's a simple apartment, but clean, very well-kept, and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a queen bed, and one with a set of bunkbeds. Please note that when renting to just 2 people, the owners offer only 1 bedroom for use; when renting to 3 or 4 people, they offer only 2 of the bedrooms for use; of course when renting to 5 or 6 people, they make all 3 bedrooms available for use. The main room of the apartment is a dining room with a table and chairs that can be used for eating or just sitting and relaxing, and a TV with DVD player. A small balcony off the dining room offers a view of the nearby streets. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cutlery for cooking and eating, as well as the basics like tea bags, coffee, sugar, and salt.
