The Codols Flat is located in the Barrio Gotico, very close to La Rambla and walkable to the beach, the port, and anywhere in the Old City. There are tons of great restaurants, cafes, and night spots in the area.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with a large living room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a large desk, and a dresser. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a wardrobes. In the living room there's a sofa which can fold out into a sofabed, a TV with DVD player, and even a piano - just in case any pianists are staying who want to practice! The kitchenette is in the living room and it's equipped with a stove, mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and pots/pans/dishes/utensils for cooking and eating. There's a table large enough to seat 6 people. The living room wall is decorated with portraits by Mark, the owner, who paints in his spare time. The bathroom is renovated with all modern fixtures.

It's located on a narrow street that, while it's not overly busy, noise does reverberate up, so light sleepers may want to consider bringing a pair of earplugs. The apartment has air-conditioning (in the living room only), WiFi, and washing machine.
